Do products need to be refrigerated?
No. All of our products are ambient and do not require refrigeration.
To preserve freshness, we recommend storing products either in their original box in the fridge or in an airtight container at room temperature.
The Ballsy Baker does not accept liability for product deterioration where products have been left exposed to the air for extended periods of time.
What is the shelf life / best before date?
All deliveries include a best before date clearly noted on the delivery box.
Our products have a shelf life of 12 days from the date of delivery.
Can I freeze your products?
Yes. Products can be frozen, and defrosting does not impact quality.

All nutritional and allergen information is available in the product description on the website.
How much protein is in each product?
Protein content is listed in the nutritional information on individual product pages.
Do you offer Gluten-Free or Vegan products?
Yes. A selection of Gluten-Free and Vegan products are available.

🚚 Delivery, Dispatch & Tracking
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days from shipping.
Delays may occasionally occur due to the courier (An Post) which are unfortunately out of our control.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, delivery is available throughout the Republic of Ireland.
When are orders dispatched?
To maintain product quality and ensure timely delivery, orders are dispatched on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays only.
Please note that any orders placed after 12:00 PM on Wednesday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday morning.
During busy periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every order includes an An Post tracking number.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, but only if the order has not yet been shipped.
